Erik Petersen is a mortgage advisor with Petersen Loans and president of South Placer Business Network. He has been funding mortgages for 32 years, and before that spent 13 years in the Army as an intelligence officer, where he was held to the highest standards and has carried that discipline into his business ever since.

He works with buyers, homeowners and Realtors across the full range of loan products: conventional and jumbo, FHA and VA, refinances, reverse mortgages, down payment assistance and city and county programs most people do not know exist. His belief is that karma wins, which in practice means doing everything in his power to get you the right loan at the right price, closed on time.
